Taking health information and education "on the road"
Highmark Direct mobile marketing vehicles

Our new Highmark Direct mobile marketing vehicles provide valuable health information to people when and where it's most convenient for them — on the job and in the neighborhood — at worksites and communities across Pennsylvania.



Along with the Highmark Direct stores, the mobile vehicles support Highmark's mission to provide access to affordable, quality health care to enable people to live longer, healthier lives.



While they are "on board" the vehicles, people can learn about their health plan options from licensed insurance professionals. The mobile team also can discuss Highmark's wellness programs and Web resources as well as host health education programs.



Highmark members can receive assistance in completing a "personal health assessment" and signing up for "paperless" e-delivery of their Explanation of Benefits forms (EOBs) and newsletters.

The Highmark Direct vehicles participate in a variety of business and community events like these across Pennsylvania:



Corporate open enrollments

Wellness program kick-offs

Health observance dates

Sporting events

Community health fairs and celebrations

Retail openings and special promotions

Highmark Direct store events

Highmark's mobile units offer comfortable, "wired" and accessible meeting space, which smaller businesses and community centers often do not have.

The interiors of the 28-foot box truck and 53-foot tractor trailer can be adapted for a variety of meeting needs:



Classroom seating for group insurance presentations and health seminars

Desks for discussions with staff about Highmark products and services

Private cubicles with laptops for accessing information securely on Highmark Web sites
