The Third Annual Diversity Summit
Tuesday, October 11 · 7:30am - 4:30pm

This event is an initiative of the Hispanic American Center YWCA of Hanover and it's designed to ensure that our attendees gain knowledge, tools, leadership skills, and extensive recognition for their participation in diversity.

Join us on Tuesday, October 11
from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Hanover, PA 17331

The Diversity Summit’s GOALS are intended to:

•Share best practices in achieving diversity in a competitive market.

•Equip employers with essential tools to attract, promote, and retain a diverse workforce.

•Reevaluate the strengths of diversity through participation in a number of interactive sessions.

•Visualize a common goal for the region through dialogue.

•Engage participants in stimulating discussions regarding the impact of globalization on diversity.

•Educate the best ways to interact with and relate to individuals from different backgrounds and how it can go a long way towards eliminating biases and misconceptions.
